Kona is a Kai daughter and a Karo great grand daughter. She is a smart, energetic girl who loves to run and belly rubs.

Black is a beautiful black and red male with correct structure. Black has a great temperament; working, playing, adventuring or just laying around he is happy to be a part of the group

Kona’s puppies are doing great. She's being a wonderful mom. They were all about 19-21 oz. at birth and are growing and gaining steadily.

Note: The color on the puppies is nail polish so we can tell them apart during the first few weeks. We keep track of their weight daily to make sure they are all eating and growing. When they're this young, it's hard to tell them apart.

The puppies are growing and gaining weight nicely. They have gained a bit over half a pound so far. As usual for puppies their age, they spend most of their time sleeping or nursing on mom. They cannot see or hear yet, as their eyes and ears have not opened. They use their nose to crawl to Kona when they are hungry.

Kona and her puppies are still doing great. Blue is now three pounds and the girls are two and three-quarters. They have opened their eyes and are starting to visually explore the world. They can't hear yet, so they are still finding their way with their nose and a bit with their eyes. They still sleep a lot! It was hard to keep them awake for pictures.

The puppies are growing nicely and are now about 4 lbs. Their ears have opened allowing them to finally hear what's going on around them. They are walking around, but still spend a lot of time sleeping.

We'd love to take the puppies out to play in the snow, but with highs around 10 degrees, it's a bit too cold for their first time in the snow. Maybe if it warms up a bit. Until then, they still loving playing together.
